Pay Club Fees:
Since Sun City LV RV Club is allowing us to use some of their reservations for a discounted rate, we will need to honor their club fee of $15 Per Person. These funds will be used to cover club expenses for the trip.
Special Instructions:
We will be sending out an email to all club members with instructions on how to pay for this trip.
We will need the funds for this rally by January 12, 2026 as our funds will be given to Sun City LV RV Club to add to their reservation funds. We will also need the Club Fees included with the funds.

Total Expected RV Park Cost: Rate for the week - $662.76 ($94.68 per night - Tax included). Reservations shorter than a week will be billed at $107.41 per night (tax included).
Valle del Oro is a premier Resort in Mesa, AZ that offers a variety of sports, workout areas, pool activities, music/dancing on the patio in the evenings and patio dining. It is in close proximity to a variety of Cactus League (Spring Training) Ballparks, the Mesa Swap Meet, Old Scottsdale, hiking trails and much more. This is also peak season for the Greater Phoenix area, so prices will be a little elevated due to demand.
Book Your Site:
We are using some of the reservations made by the Sun City Las Vegas RV Club. Call 480-984-1146 and selection option 1. Ask for Angel to book your site, do not book with anyone else. Angel has specific sites reserved for the group, and certain fees have been waived. Tell her you are with the Neon Trails RV Club, but using the some of the Sun City Las Vegas RV Club reserved sites. There is a block of sites reserved adjacent to each other for this group.

Please make your reservations individually by calling the above phone numbers or using the applicable email addresses.
The only location that is tracking our RV Club reservations is Oceano Elks Lodge. You can tell them you are with the Las Vegas Elks Lodge RV Club. The rest of the locations do not need to mention our RV Club.
You do not need to attend every location. Since this is a caravan you can attend your preferred location(s).

Pay the Club Fees:
